How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.  Once shipped, it will take ???? business days to arrive for customers in the United States and 12-20 business days for international customers.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely.  Sometimes it's hard to know if you'll like something until you actually have it in your hands and we understand that!  If you are not happy with your purchase or simply change your mind and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll ask for your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We will review the request and then notify you via email when to ship it back to us along with the address for mailing the return.  If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be credited the purchase amount of the item which can then be used towards other merchandise.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

In the unlikely event this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and any relevant information detailing the problem. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Will shipping be covered for my return/exchange?

Store94 does not pay for return or exchange shipping fees.

How long does the returns/exchange process take?

We will have this process completed within 3 business days from the day we receive your item(s) unless there are extenuating circumstances of some sort. We will email you when your item(s) have been received and to confirm that your return or exchange has been processed.

How will I get refunded?

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Refunds to debit or credit cards will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
